Ole Student Housing offers both private accommodation and head leasing through tertiary institutions.
Head Leasing: If your institution has entered into a head lease agreement with Ole, you must be enrolled at that institution and have funding provided through the NSFAS program.
Private Accommodation: Students can apply directly, with leases signed by their parents or guardians.
NSFAS Direct Lease: Students can apply directly through the NSFAS portal by choosing Ole as their preferred residence.
